        The small Indian lady fat shamed me when I sat on the chair to do my eyebrows with her and said Im very heavy which was so unnecessary especially the fact that she smelt very bad, also the guy that does nails said a few inappropriate jokes which werent funny. I wouldnt recommend!

        I have mixed experiences in the Queensway polish me pretty. Boutique Spa is more professional and better. Very hard to communicate here as everyone in there speak broken to little English so they don't understand. Complaints are taking very lightly. Quality is good sometimes messy other times. Same price at boutique spa and much nicer ambience and they speak English. DO NOT GET EYEBROWS DONE HERE. Go to Tarulata in Superdrug. They are really awful.
