Edit: it was my mum that booked it and she never complains about anything although I had urged her to mention it but she obviously didn't. Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and don't get me wrong the stay was lovely, the kitchen is well kitted out, the beds are comfortable and the bunkhouse is spacious and in a great location for walks but unfortunately we didn't find the bathrooms very clean, the shower heads were filthy, the shower curtain in the disabled bathroom is full of mildew, the under side of the sink bowls still had runs of old toothpast down them, backs of the toilets weren't great either.... before we left we actually gave the whole place a thorough clean top to bottom with flash and bleach, I understand its a hostel not a hotel but when you're paying to stay somewhere you do still expect a certain amount of cleanliness. Other than the cleanliness it was fab!

Update (04/10/22): As you can see from the reply, the hosts are very proactive with their service and will do what they can to ensure a pleasant stay, which is what mine was. Whilst the review may seem picky, this place is worth staying at if you are given the opportunity. Original post: The beds were comfy enough, the value is good and the layout is nice. Ended up on some farmers land trying to turn my car around as I missed the entry so potential google location can be updated for the vehicle sides of things. Extractor fan wasnt working at the time of visit which meant fire alarm was triggered a couple of times and silence button failed to work. But these are minor. Everything else was nice. Well stocked cutlery for self catering facilities and the location for walks is good.
