I have owned in the region of 35 cars in my lifetime and although most dealers I dealt with over the years were fair, I have found Austin an amazing man who held my Bentley for me until I had sold my previous car and then brought the new Bentley down from Essex to Dorset. Austin pointed out that there was no obligation if it was not what I wanted/ expected but I fell in love with the car and the deal was done. Austin has later helped me with the installation of a rear view camera which proved a far harder job than expected with lots of running about including collecting the car from Dorset and returning to Essex and the return. During the whole time Austin kept me posted and always but always in good humour. I count Austin as a friend ,not just the Director of an established Car Sales business.
