The women who served me over charged me, I told her the sign clearly states in two places behind her that what I ordered was 6.29 (6 inch sub meal deal) yet she wouldn't let me have the meal without paying 7.29. I told her about the sales of goods act 1986 and she had no idea. She couldn't even under what I was saying when asking for a cup!! Absolutely fuming.

Went here today for the teriyaki vegan sandwich. I know what to expect from Subway and that's what I got. The lady was friendly and changed her gloves when she made my vegan sandwich. It was delicious and made fast. Thank you :)

The worst food establishment I have ever encountered. There was no hi or hello. Just one woman pointing to another which didnt speak English. After standing there awkwardly for a moment I told them what I wanted, having not been asked if I wanted cheese or toasted; they automatically did it. They then assumed that I was with the 3 other people stood behind me, leaving me to wait at the payment till whilst they take their order, AND THEN asking if we were together. I was then beckoned back up the prep line and the woman then asked what salad dressings I would like, to confuse peppers from onions. One lady then just said the price, where I then had to reiterate I wanted a meal. When questioning why there was such poor service they was speaking to one another in their own language and sadly for them; having Pakistani friends I understand some foul language. They was not wearing any ID or name badges. It was on 8/11/22 @ 16:30. Woman in mid 50s and another in early 20s. Both need a different job as customer service is next to none.
