        Horrible place. They made my wife a latte when she wanted milk on the side (she only likes a dash). She couldn't make the barista understand the problem. We ordered an overpriced toasted ham & cheese sandwich which didn't arrive. Went back to remind them. He put on another but didn't turn the sandwich so it was scorched on one side and soggy on the other, dripping grease. How could they get it so wrong? Nearly 12 quid for a revolting experience. Never again.
