        We just picked up coffees at the drive through window at the Eastbound Membury Starbucks and credit where credit is due, the customer service was spot on, orders were right first time, no repetition needed and the lady was friendly. Also, I'm not keen on Starbucks coffee usually, but this was the nicest oat flat white I've had at a Starbucks.

        Worst coffee I've tasted in a long time. Huge cup of brown hot water with no flavour at all. Will not use Starbucks again.

        Don't negative reviews make a difference? I think not. The young girl who served me had no etiquette skills. I could have been dealing with a voiceless robot. I actually told her that p's&q's do make a difference. The three staff were incredibly young and lacking in people skills. The coffee I got was TERRIBLE! . It was very, very bitter. The barista threw it in the sink and made me another. This one was better and just acceptable. In my opinion the manager is not good at his job and is definitely missing.
