Not as great as advertised. As a positive: The staff themselves and the communication beforehand was both fine. They turned up on time, when they said they would and left at the agreed time. Less positively: The staff left broken glass on the floor during the event and turned up without any bottle openers. They then didn't serve part of the stock bought, didn't use the garnish for the gin & tonics, and didn't bring the gazebo (as agreed in advance). The staff who set up seemed unaware that the bar had previously been dropped off (as were we, no communication on this). They also (despite being asked if they had everything they needed), waited until 30 minutes before the event to ask for ice (having used all the ice to cool drinks that didn't require it). Less importantly, they also made a mess of the toast (no communication between the bar staff). Overall, while our guests didn't seem to notice the impact, this wasn't the low stress option planned. We wouldn't recommend using Rhubarbar, which is a shame given their reputation.

The service was fantastic and the communication was great. They made my party extra special and gave it a feel of luxury. I opted for the cocktail package which was brilliant; With a good selection of different cocktails. Everybody who attended had a memorable night with the cocktail bar experience - I would highly recommend. Thanks
