Quick responses to queries, flexible on timings, a really friendly and brilliantly skilled team..... even when we discovered the horror of asbestos tiles beneath our carpet John was able to help sort it quickly and professionally, still getting the job done ahead of schedule. We are so happy with the result and couldnt recommend them more.
