        WOW HOW DARE YOU SAY THAT OUR REVIEW IS NOT TRUTHFUL! Yes eventually you sent photos after several messages and several unanswered phone calls! We didnt ever get an answer machine maybe that was due to being abroad which is fair enough! But your response to these posts have been quicker than any other response to any sort of customer service which just goes to show what kind of people run the kennels! No EMPATHY WHATS SO EVER !!!!

        Our experience was upsetting from booking to picking up. We would never leave our babies here again. We asked several times how our dog was while we were away and no one ever answered. The phone just rings, no one ever answers that. So frustrating and worrying. Also on pick up our dogs harness had been left on and chewed which we had already told them several times not to do, the cost of 100 which they have taken no responsibility for. They are just unprofessional and just in it for the money not for the animals.

        Amazing kennels , staff are brilliant. My little dog loves going here, they put pictures up on their Facebook page too so you can see what your fur babies have been doing . Highly recommend

        Just collected my dog from his first overnight stay he loved it the staff are great and looked after him booked him in for a couple more visits
