        I have just had the most wonderful facial reflexology session with Nicola. She worked specific reflex points on my face that related to specific areas of my body and I felt my tensions simply melting away. I didn't realise how much stress I hold in my face and with some special massage techniques, I have been left with a smoother, yet firmer, complexion and I can still feel the benefit days later. Nicola is a knowledgeable therapist and she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I really felt she put my needs first at all times. I highly recommend Nicola for anyone wanting a good holistic therapy that also leaves the skin looking fresh and radiant and definitely more youthful.
