Would leave no stars after the APPALLING way a friend has been treated. Received a call to say they decided not doing weddings in December and hers us Cancelled! After being booked for well over a year and monies paid. No justified reason just don't want to! Think twice to booking anything here. Disgusting. Wonder how many more couples have just had this bombshell dropped on them with no compensation for the upset and inconvenience of trying to find an alternative venue!

In August last year, my fianc and I booked to hold our wedding at this venue. It ticked all our boxes and we were really looking forward to our wedding this year. It was all arranged, invites out, florist, musician, magician, sweetie cart etc, you know how it goes ... Then last week, out of the blue, we had a phone call from this venue, stating that, due to unforeseen Circumstances, they could no longer facilitate our wedding !!! No reason given, no excuses made and no compensation offered ! Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour. Now we are forced to rush around and do it all over again ! If you were ever thinking of booking anything at this venue, my advice is, DONT DO IT !!!

When we first visited the venue last year, we instantly fell in love with Heatherden Hall and knew we had found the perfect location for our wedding. Throughout the process, Alison was absolutely amazing and her advice brilliant. She is an experienced event planner who made sure that every detail no matter how big or small was addressed so that the day could run smoothly. She was always on hand with answers to all the hundreds of questions we had which she dealt with in the most professional manner. The day itself: PERFECT. It was the wedding day any bride could ever hope and wish for. The staff were so professional and took care of everything, going above and beyond, which meant that I could just relax and enjoy the day. I couldn't recommend the company and the venue enough!!! A very big thank you to Alison and her team, we still get comments about how wonderful everything was from all of our guests. Overall: venue, food, staff, experience...5 stars!!!
