        I had to contact Kidde this morning. I was pleasantly surprised as they called me back almost instantly and dealt with my issue in a few seconds. Their customer service rep Rosemary was cheerful and a pleasure to deal with. We have bought quite a few of the Kidde Carbon Monoxide and Smoke combined alarms. Its a great product. We were so impressed we bought them for our families as well. They are also great in our Motorhome in which we have used 3 of them for added safety when we have the Grandchildren on board. I was so pleased with the way my call was handled I thought I would take the time to do a review.

        Excellent service received from this company had fault with Carbon Monoxide alarm in my Motorhome couple of phone calls, new alarm sent and a bonus it was an upgrade as the 1 received was digital. Thank You to Suzanne.
