        We booked our 2 year old Frenchie to stay over Christmas. We left a deposit - but trying to speak to anyone by phone to confirm was virtually impossible. Friendly staff but disorganised. They neglected to check his vaccination records. He returned and it was obvious he hadnt pooed in at least two days. They kept a lot of our dried food so no idea what happened there?
