Vale Conservatory Company in Longacres Garden Centre

***Update*** So after a torrent of rain poured through our ceiling during a rainstorm. Vale Conservatories came down and examined the probable cause. Stephen, worked through the morning and hopefully, his efforts will pay off and no more leaks will occur. After an initial rough start to our communications with Vale Conservatory, I appreciate their latest efforts to meet customer expectations. I'll update this review after a few rainstorms have tested the fix.

Great job really well done! Alex and his crew have made a stunning new conservatory for us in difficult times, overcoming bad weather, Covid restrictions, and unavoidable supply problems. Highly professional, good humoured and skilled throughout, Alex and the team were a pleasure to have around for the 3 months of the project. The cost was also a big bonus and easily beat all other quotes we had. We strongly recommend Vale Conservatory Company.

Hats off to Alex and his team who replaced our old conservatory roof in January. The conservatory is now a bright and pleasant room which we can use all year round. Alex behaved in an entirely professional manner all the way through the process - he never over promised and always delivered exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. The plastering job on the ceiling has been admired by anyone who has seen it. Great job

Vale Conservatory have just completed reroofing our conservatory, despite delays due to covid 19, lockdown and restricted supplies of materials from manufactures, the job was completed this week. Alex Fellows and his team did a brilliant job at a reasonable price and we are very pleased with the result. Marina and Don Sims Eastcote.

Have just recently had my conservatory polycarbonate roof replaced with a solid ultraroof by vale conservatoriesthey also replaced all the windows and doors as well Alex and his crew did a great job and it is so much warmer especially in the mornings when it used to be freezing It is difficult to decide which company to go with at the beginning the reasons why I went with vale were alex always got back to me promptly ref any queries. I checked out the ultraroof online myself but the the main reason I went with vale was that alex has his own crew who have been with him for many yearsHaving previously been in the building trade I know what problems can occur when firms use outside contractors not well known to them The job was completed in no time at all and they always turned up on time and on the day specified.am so pleased they definitely get my recommendations Rob Mandeville Addlestone Surrey
