        Beautiful log cabin well equipped we were. In elterwater cabin. With 2 parking spaces. One was constantly filled by people visiting other cabins or work vans doing work an the cabin opposite. Real down side is the pool is far to small for the number of cabins . Usually busy before and after dinner time . The jacuzzi didnt always work at the button clearly been pushed in too far

        We really enjoyed the stay at Cogra Moss. The lodge is equipped to a high standard, clean & spacious. We also liked the home touches such as books and ornaments. Really impressed with the pool facilites as well. Cogra Moss, being at the top of the estate is ideally situated for walks from the door to Loughrigg Tarn and beyond. A 10 minute stroll brings you the Skelwith Bridge hotel, or you can continue on to Elterwater, walking beside the river to the Britannia Inn. We saw Roe Deer, squirrels and all sorts of birds during our stay.
