        Probably the most miserable Postmistress in the Lakes, on a trip to Grasmere called in to withdraw some money from my account, no Eye contact, didn't respond to my question was this the Post office ? In a place that has many visitors, a friendly Customer response is vital to repeat business. A smile costs nothing.
