I experienced the gold standard of customer service today, when I visited this store in Grasmere. The Manager Peter was really engaging and helpful. I was looking for a waterproof jacket and struggling to find the size I needed. Peter offered alternative options that I hadn't even considered, which resulted in me making a purchase on a jacket that was also in the sale. He saved me loads of money, found me the right fit jacket and demonstrated superb customer service with his knowledge and approach! So impressed! Thank you

Visited the store recently with my dog. Pete the manager was 1st class and so to was his deputy. Very knowledgeable regarding products and surrounding area. This is a fantastic little gem of a shop in the picturesque village of Grasmere. There is an extensive range of outdoor clothing and footwear at really great prices for all your adventurous outdoor walking apparel. Brands included Craghoppers, Regatta D2B and more. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, we were helped by Peter with our purchases and he went above and beyond good customer service. Brilliant shop, well worth a visit 5 Service.
