        Terrible service. One of the only company's that has base access and they're incredibly rude and unaccommodating. Will probably still have to utilize them due to the base access but wouldn't recommend it if you can avoid.

        How is the Taxi able to have base access but NEVER answer the phone. They don't answer emails. Take base contract away from them and give it to a more reliable company!
