I lived in a home that Niki Barton managed for 2 years. Every single time I contacted her, she addressed the problem immediately. She gives you tips about cleaning supplies and how the rental process works in England. Take her advise. She is very knowledgeable. Niki was always respectful and professional with me. She made my 2 years in a foreign country less stressful than if I had an uncaring, difficult landlord. I am so appreciative of her kindness.

One of the worst companies we have ever used. Wrongful eviction, doesnt even give the correct amount of notice. Lie over the phone about not paying a deposit when you have bank statements proving you have. Sending people round to work and view on the property without informing you, many times we had woke up to a stranger in our garden to find out they had sent them without telling us. Also works for once of the worst landlords on the planet, known for flytipping amd burning rubbish illegally. DO NOT USE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Nikki never really talked a lot, always straight to the point. But that did not bug me at all, I care more about results and Nikki definitely gets things done. We lived in our home for 3 years and she was really quick to get a mechanic out any time we had issues. She was also very helpful when we first got here in getting everything in the house (heat and such) set up correctly. It was also really easy leaving the home and getting our full deposit back! Great experience, highly recommend.

Rude, rude, rude!!! Answered the phone 'Yeah its NIcky' Not a 'Good Afternoon' or 'How can I help you?' or anything remotely professional. Hopefully, I'll never have to deal with them again but I can't imagine they'll have much in the way of custom with that attitude!
