Contacted Rob at possibly the busiest time of year. He replied promptly and was incredibly helpful. He promptly sent through a quote which I accepted and he was able to do the work in a couple of weeks. His team were friendly and tidy during the work and cleaned up after. Called Rob for a quote and agreed a date and time for him to look at the job, arrived on time and made me feel confident he was a qualified and competent installer. Received the quote next day and was really pleased with the price and arranged the install. Rob emailed the night before to confirm what time he would be here and arrived on time. On the day of the install Rob arrived on time, he treated our home with respect and ensured his working area was always clean and tidy, he explained where the best position for the unit would be and why. He was very professional knowledgeable and his attention to detail was a credit to him. When the job was completed tested the units he explained how everything worked and didnt leave until I was completely satisfied. If you want air conditioning installed in your home or office I can not recommend Rob highly enough. Service: Install AC
