Food is awesome but they either dont answer the phone or its always busy as if they leave it unhooked so people cant call. Sometimes Im in a hurry and would like to call ahead. But like I said, great food. Fire chicken is great.

Poor food quality, I work on base so as you can imagine build up an appetite, Kims is usually my go to, but as of the last three weeks that Ive gone, Ive received smaller portions, wrong orders, 45minute wait I called ahead, Cold hard and burned food, hair in my food, and dry over cooked chicken wings. I know I shouldnt of gone back again but I was giving Kims the benefit of a doubt that it was just a few hiccups. However I came back again with two friends and all three of our food was inedible, the rice was overdone and had burnt rice pieces, and we had about ten pieces of meat between the three of us and we each got separate meals. the quality is below par I will no longer be dining here.
