Where do I begin ! A day after the wedding sending unprofessional emails and chefs letting daughter roam a wedding a disrupt the first dance with daughter and father. Food not labeled one bride didn't eat as no gluten free option was bought out. People roaming the wedding in stone island jackets and casual clothing as staff should all be dressed up I would of thought. The fire exit illegally chained up with a pad lock you've spent money on doing the venue up but failed to put tea coffee and milk in rooms. Multiple rooms had dirty cups in on arrival. The wedding was beautiful and we made it special but no thanks to the venue for making it difficult. The venue is called Eden Gardens now please think twice before booking !!

Attended a wedding here on the 26/06/22. Unfortunately not many good things can be said about the venue. Fire doors chained up which goes against fire safety standards and legislation not to also mention health and safety. During the sit down meal. Most if the food was cold and nobody with dietary requirements were catered for including one of the brides who suffers with a gluten intolerance despite the chef and wedding co-ordinator consistently being made aware of this. And when this was raised,They stated that they were not informed, also the very small amount of food that was gluten-free was then cross contaminated as they did not provide seperate tongs. Drinks were overly priced and very much watered down. Staff were not dressed professionally and walked round in there own clothes. During one of the dances with the bride and her father the chefs daughter who was not being supervised ran onto the dance floor and distured there first dance and was also running around the whole of the venue unsupervised which is unacceptable behaviour. Again when this was raised it was stated no other wedding has an issue with it. All concerns that were raised the venue or wedding co-ordinator took absolutely no responsibility for and were happy to blame either the wedding party or the toast master who was hired who was absolutely incredible. Would not recommend this venue. It has been taken over by new owners and unfortunately they are not thriving well within this industry.

Attended an afternoon tea event here on Sunday, I have dietary requirements which the venue were aware of well in advance. I was barely catered for, no alternative milks which meant I couldn't have any tea or coffee and wasn't served any food until everyone else was on to the cakes due to various mix ups. The staff, particularly the manager were very unhelpful and reluctant to take responsibility. The food everyone else was served was a spread from the supermarket as was my one cake option. I tried to address at the time but was made to feel like I was being difficult. I tried to call after the event to discuss but no answer and you can't leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full. I contacted on Facebook to get an email address and this was replied to within an hour. I've emailed to complain but have had no response. I would not recommend this venue and would not return.
