        Ordered a case and due to time to ship requested the order be cancelled. A refund was agreed to and promised with a 24-48hr timeframe, three weeks later and two emails ignored and I have not received my refund. Now I am left to try and reclaim the funds through my credit card company and/or the small claims court as a thank you for excercising my consumer rights.

        Was Looking Long and hard for a small itx case that would fit my needs for years contacted parvum systems about there X2.0 case as i wanted a distro plate made for a watercooling loop and they made it all happen. i will be using these again when i decide to upgrade. now if you cant be patient then dont order, you got to understand this company deals with custom and they are only a 2 person small family business.
