I will share exactly what I sent to fords when they emailed me asking for my experience: Hello, I have to be honest. 5* suggests to me an absolutely perfect service. In the main, it was very good. No complaints. But when I brought my vehicle to Dunton, the gentleman serving me asked do you want a complimentary valet. Inside and out clean. I said yes. Although the car was given a clean on the outside, it wasnt touched inside. And after spending over 650 on an MOT and repairs, that might have eased my pain just slightly. So I would certainly give a score of 4. The service was efficient. I like the video sent by the technician. Really nice touch. Also, the free breakdown cover is a nice gesture. All staff were really professional. But - if something is offered in terms of the valet service, it should be honoured. But it is a minor point in what was still a good service from your team. I would recommend others and will be back. I even signed up to a payment plan. So clearly I was happy and will be a repeat customer. Update - 29/4 Ill knock another start off. Im sure the mechanics side of things is fine. But again, offered to clean my car. Hasnt been touched! Another 500 spent, and they again couldnt even honour a car clean! Also, when booking, there is a section for anything else you would like us to look at? My request wasnt even acknowledged. So again, another service offered that isnt honoured. Just stop offering things and not fulfilling the promise! Its annoying
