        not pleased. I don't know what is the point of putting this facility as parcel collection hub if one is unable to collect parcels after work. Shop is still open, there is nothing extra to pay for, email has been received as proof of purchase.... Isn't that what that option suppose to be there for, so parcels can be send to an address other than home so they can be collected after work?
