Reluctant.
Ignorant.
Arrogant.
Unwilling to help.
Pretty much helpless.
No sorry or thankyou or much patience.
Even rush to get off the phone make excuses like busy.Its like they don't want us here and not even a little polite/professional.
They need to change this attitude as they are dealing with customers/patients.Esp the pharmacist.
Dispenser don't know much 2.
Not organised aswell.
Can't put meds in bag make me do it.
No hello how r u or bye-very occasionly n hardly ever ask 4 bag.
