Really bad medical center ever i have been......no quickly actions are taken....ever appointment booking is vwry though and confusing method...Their online booking system is ridiculous and reception staff looked bewildered if you ask them to book an appointment for you.....i think doctor should be more able to get things done

Absolute worst doctors surgery ever! Incompetent staff. My husband had chest pains and his heart rate was quite high so we made an appointment to see the dr - when we got to his appointment surprisingly it was with a nurse who checked his weight and height ! We didnt need a bmi test he needed a medical assessment. To add insult to injury - Hes 6 ft and the nurse said he was 57 until I made her re do it. Absurd. They then called him to book a blood test which was 2 weeks later and still no mention of an appointment with an actual dr. Their online booking system is ridiculous and reception staff looked bewildered if you ask them to book an appointment for you. What a shame they are letting so many people in the local area down.

Absolutely atrocious behaviour by the Dr very rude taking out his anger about how nhs treating Dr's no need to take it out on patients Dr should be disciplined
