Chepstow Gardens Medical Centre

This surgery needs to have a clear appointment process, its like waiting for a bus for days on end before you can actually see a Doctor in person, the receptionist staff are and have always been unhelpful, a no can do attitude to the simplest requests.

I've had to go through different GP's because of my situation and can say this surgery's resident doctor is the most engaged, friendly and willing Dr amongst the ones i have experienced.

I previously had good things to say about this GP. Now I have nothing good to say. They dont care about your health. They wont allow young people to have appointments. Changing GP. And the receptionist are the worst ones. 2 aunties. Stuck up aunties. Avoid this GP

I have never seen the most 2 miserable receptionists old aunties and old man doctor in my life. They all rude and without any training and practice. They don't know how to make examination of children. Omg its terrible i don't know what is going on why they are playing with the people's life. I'm disappointed with this GP....
