        Ordered flowers for next day delivery on Amazon. They still haven't been delivered almost a week later, no refund, no resolution. Have had to report to trading standards as they have violated consumer rights and are likely in the habit of breaking UK consumer rights laws, looking at the reviews on here it's pretty safe to assume it's a scam outfit and should be avoided at all costs. They now have a finite amount of time to resolve this issue before CTSI gets involved. Shady, dishonest business practices, scamming people who've been bereaved. Disgusting. HMRC would likely have a field day with them! Edited to respond to Morning Flowers reply. You know very well what the order number is. You can see the messages requesting a refund for an item that was never delivered on Amazon. You're criminals, quite frankly, and have been reported to the online fraud Division of UK police, as so many other people have the same issue. Crime number is attached to the Amazon message.
