Rubbish Surgery, Lazy Staff, Always Gossiping, Dr Sahota is a Rubbish GP in my Opinion, I've heard stories about him, which I rather not disclose. Same old ridiculous Staff. Dr Sahota sits on the board of CCG for Ealing, as in Care Commissioning Group, that's why the complaints are not taken seriously. The Receptionists lie or put the phone down on you. Make you look stupid.VILE SURGERY.

I don't have the words to express how bad this surgery is, absolute disgrace. Appalling customer service, constantly cancelling appointments, doctors are disinterested in the patients, staff just want an easy life. Dr Sahota has zero interest in running his surgery to an acceptable standard, all he seems to care about his political career as a local MP! I truly feel sorry for the patient's who are registered at this surgery - don't waste your time!

Worse customer service and always pretending to be busy I am registered with this surgery for year ago and its almost impossible to get and appointments as they dont have any appointment available and they want patients to call on specific times to make an appointment. The receptionist ladies are very rude and do not treat patients with dignity respect and empathy. They have poor communication skills. This is an ongoin repeated issue there and no one seems to do anything about it must not recommend them to anyone.
