Worst service gp in London. 2 hours waiting time to see the doctor after you got a appointment. Bad management.

An amazing and caring doctor (Dr Botros). Really pleased that I moved over to this surgery. No complaints so far.

I have been with this doctors surgery since birth and have had such great experience with Doctor Botros in the 22 years i have been here! He is truly a very caring and nice man. However I have to say my experience with the receptionists have been nothing to compare and worse over time. They are rude, short-tempered and very unhelpful. Understandably and with most surgeries, you have to call up on the morning to book yourself in. However when dealing with this practice, every time I call I am put onto a waiting list... now how does this make sense when i have called at 8am in the morning. I am promised to be called back within that day however receive nothing. This is an occurring issue, with ongoing rude responses from the staff in the reception. I am lucky to be healthy and well at current, however I am not the only one within my family that have received this kind of tone and behaviour. My elderly grandma is also with this this surgery which worries me significantly since appointments are never taken. The surgery is ALWAYS said to be booked and when finally getting through after weeks of trying the waiting rooms are always empty. This is absolutely bizarre to me. I am definitely considering after all these years to move from this practice which is such a shame because the doctors are amazing and they have been let down by receptionists who clearly have no compassion or respect for who they speak with. God help anyone who wants to join this surgery...as i reckon it will take you around 100 years to even sign up.
