Disgusting phone manners, extremely rude and don't let you finish a sentence. There's no patient care anymore.

Went for an audiology appointment and they treated us well. The audiologist was very attentive and helpful explaining the procedure. The inside of the medical center was clean and tidy. But the outside was very dirty. People attending the medical center should avoid dumping their waste on the road. They have a free car park. Overall positive experience.

The worst GP I have ever seen in my life. Bad communication and no listening skills. My health deteriorated since I joined this GP and they completely ignored me while I was struggling with my asthma. I ended up with steroids due to ignorance. I went myself to a private to be treated and DR Jenny is the one who refused me to give me the medications prescribed for me saying is high dose. However, she had every right to change the dose as doctors but unfortunately it didnt happen. They lacked skills how to prioritise care and they will never gave you appointments. Hopefully, soon Ill move to a better gp. Anyone planning because do not join it is worst GP

I saw the practice nurse Zuby Khan who asked if I had bought the dressings with me. I told her Im sorry but my gp practice didnt remind me and I had totally forgotten. She said ok she would change dressings until I told her I was there to get my clips removed. There wasnt anything on the notes to let her know this was the case. She then asked if I had bought the clips remover and I said no because I wasnt told I had to. She then said she would have to message her manager and see what to do as she didnt have the clip remover. After messaging back and forth her manager said they had one but I would need to get the one from home and bring it back to her. To which I agreed so I could get the clips removed. Previous to her finding the clip remover I was there thinking I would have to go to urgent care to get them taken out because the skin was growing over them and it was so painful. Ms Khan was so patient with me knowing the pain I was in (even though I had taken painkillers before going). We were talking about different things which helped distract from the pain of having to take the clips out of overgrown skin. If it hadnt been for Ms Khan hunting around for a clip remover I would have ended up in urgent care Im sure. Ms Khan is a credit to the surgery and could show the receptionist at least how to smile at patients

Ridiculous, called every time 8am and recording starts that I am above 30 in the queue, wait literally 1 hour and was still same recording , a Surgery where definitely something wrong with appointment system as I never get to even talk to some one on the phone to listen that the appointment is not even available. Always my option is A&E but then why they take patient if they can't offer sppoinmdnt . Being a patient registered with this surgery its a dream to get appointment, I regret but now I am stuck and miss my previouse surgery but can't move home
