        Went for my appt with Mr Arya who I have seen several times before, makes you feel at ease, gentle and listens to your needs and reception staff polite and welcoming, great experience today

        No one answers the phone, have been trying to call for the last week! Need to arrange an urgent dentist appointment but no one answers the phone...

        Receptionist is extremely rude , acts like she owns the place and has a sinister attitude even though shes wrong most of the time; patients have to correct her own clerical error. System is still not updated , left this dentist for other ones in area which know how to talk to people correctly. Dentists job is average , suggest finding different practices which offer faster better services than putting up with this place. Should be inspected as does not seem like they follow GDC guidelines, will definitely report !!
