John Gauci made a house call to work on my computer in December 2022, John was exactly the person I needed to sort out my issues, his knowledge and years of experience soon had the computer running like new, doing a backup and recovery, replacing a full SSD memory with a new one and reinstalling everything I thought I had lost, including Win 10 and other apps that went missing. John is a genuinely caring and trustworthy person and a pleasure work with and talk too, I will not hesitate to call him again in my needs, thank you again John.

Wonderful service and a wonderful person! John came after hours and worked until late to help resolve our PC issues and explained everything clearly and in detail so we knew exactly what was the issue and what needed doing. PC is working like new again! Thank you for your help, would highly recommend!

I went to John because I needed an old PC recommissioned and to have Windows XP installed. Others I had contacted didnt really want to help but John was willing and enthusiastic and committed far more time than he needed to to get the box running and XP installed. Johns a top guy whos willing to help when others dont.
