Jamie did a fantastic job completely redesigning our entire garden. He presented initial design ideas and a "look book" , subsequently developing fully detailed plans and specification, and sourced an exceptional landscape gardener to implement the hard landscaping. Jamie personally sourced and planted a range of flowers, shrubs and trees to create the Cornish-beach-lifestyle garden that we had envisaged. Since the completion of the project Jamie has returned on several occasions to check on progress. Twelve months later the new garden is already starting to mature and we are thrilled with what has been achieved. We now live in our garden in the warmer months and the work has positively impacted the value of the property quite significantly. Friends, neighbours and family have all commented on what a wonderful and professional job both Jamie and his landscaper have done. One of our grown-up children even commented "it's a game changer!" We would recommend Jamie and his team unreservedly. Service: Garden design

We have worked with Jamie on two projects, and we cant recommend him highly enough. For each design careful consideration was given to our needs, requirements and budgets. We loved that he used his creativity and knowledge to provide us with stunning gardens. For our current garden there isnt a single person who visits us whose jaw doesnt drop! His incredible use of landscaping, additional textures and innovative planting provides us with constant joy! We have only to look out at our garden and feel inspired, and happy.

Having installed a new summerhouse in our garden a couple of years ago, we were not sure how best to landscape the surrounding area to create an interesting environment which would blend in well with the remainder of our mostly lawned garden. We had an idea about creating a wildflower garden and Jamie's name came up in our research to find somerone who could offer expert advice in creating a wildflower garden. The project started with an initial on site consultation where we discussed our plans and bounced our ideas off each other. Jamie then went away to prepare some initial sketch ideas which were further discussed and progressed to a scope of works, with budget costs. Through development of the brief, Jamie designed a gravel path and timber steps with gravel inlay, a new tree (carefully considered) and a corten water feature which is weathering very nicely. The works progressed very smoothly with Jamie project managing the entire process and bringing in a small team of contractors to assist. The work was undertaken towards the end of 2020 (completed within budget) and we are now starting to see the first signs of the bulbs which were planted in the meadow grass turf. We are very excited to see how this will continue to evolve and mature as new plants come and go throughout the seasons. We would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and his team!

Finding Jamie was a very happy accident simply the result of a Google search for Princes Risborough landscape gardener. Our small plot within a courtyard development at the foot of the Chilterns offered quite a challenging microclimate, with poor, rubble-strewn clay soil and a temperature range of -10C to +33C. We wanted to completely rework the space to provide a) a more welcoming entrance to the property and b) achieve a garden that would be largely low maintenance and drought tolerant, preferably using eco-friendly materials/methods. From the start it was clear that Jamies ideas chimed with our own in terms of the environment and in response he quickly drew up an impressive and imaginative plan that included a bench, water feature and a path made of crushed shells (byproduct of the seafood industry). Just eight weeks from inception we had a wonderful steppe-inspired garden all planted and awaiting the spring (this was December). The whole process has been faultless and we feel we have had a lot of plants and hard work for the money. Things such as coordinating deliveries would have been a major chore had we attempted it on our own, but Jamie took care of everything. His enthusiasm and knowledge are impossible to fault. Very highly recommended.
