Laceby Village Pharmacy

Lovely female staff that are always on hand when you need help very kind and they deliver because I'm disabled would be lost without them thankyou ladies.

We moved to Laceby from Caistor a year ago. So much better and easier using Laceby Village Pharmacy than Boots in Caistor. Medications are prepared so quickly and repeats are always ready. No waiting. Staff are more helpful and friendly.

Having had my prescription delivered elsewhere due to work commitments, I switched too the Village pharmacy. A stroke of genius. Prescriptions are speedily prepared, and the Staff are always super friendly. I CANNOT find fault.

Always liked the laceby chemist it's small local community but today I went in with my grandaughter asking for abit of advice right from the moment I asked to speak to the pharmacist it was obvious she wasn't really interested she didn't ask if we wished to speak in private infact she didn't ask anything we asked if she could look at some spots and advice us on what it could b as a couple of viral things are going around she said we'll it can't be chicken pox if she has had them so it's more than likely the hand foot n mouth she barley looked didn't volunteer any real advice unless we asked her a question then as we were leaving I remembered I had 1 other question when I said of sorry 1 last thing can I ask she visibly and obviously rolled her eyes!! Huge chip very rude and not a way to instill yourself into a village community!! She comes across as unapproachable and a lady that very clearly does not want to b there!!
