Make sure the spec of the car you are ordering is that they are selling. Sadly, I submitted an order for a car based on the specification on their email but sadly this was not the specification that I was going to get. Not the best marketing. So be careful! In their defence, they did cancel the order straight away but offered no apology other than it is what the marketing department got sent. Be careful!!

I needed to replace my old car quickly as it had come to the end of its PCP. I knew there were limited new cars in the country and was worried i wouldn't be able to get the car I wanted at a reasonable price. I spoke to James who bent over backwards both to source the car and identify a way to make it within my budget. All the team I spoke to were helpful and friendly and made it a much easier experience than I expected.
