        A pretty disappointing service, I travelled from Liverpool after reading the other reviews to get some travertine cut down to a template, I was told it would take several months before it could be looked at and a 60 minimum charge. It was less than a 10 min job and no suggestions of where else I could go to get this small job done - avoid.

        Aquacut are experts in their field and give great customer service. I had quite a complex job where lots of porcelain tiles had to be cut with custom curves & also bull nosed. The attention to detail is superb and the end result looks amazing. Simon was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was so efficient in answering emails or queries and keeping me updated. He always knew what was going on and was on top of everything. Superb customer service. These guys are experts and have a great attention to detail.
