I don't know what All the Complaints Are All About ?*? As They Have Looked After Me With 5* First Class Service Since They Moved Into Knutsford About 8-9.Years Ago And Not Once Have They Let Me Down Even To The Point Of Delivering Within The Hour When I Had Forgotten To Reorder My Prescription & Almost Run Out! Thanks Again To Lee, Caroline,Dan & All The Fantastic Team For Looking After Me All These Years! I've Really Appreciated It! Please Keep Up Your Dedicated Services And Don't Ever Leave Us Cheers Anthony Domenic Beard.

Appalling service from the prescription service. Missing drug ( on 3 occasions theyve omitted to put this drug in although surgery has prescribed it ) for my aged unwell mother, who called and emailed and was promised the item yesterday yet it still wasnt ready, resulting in another phone call. Just being fobbed off all the time. The effort now to get the missing drug synchronised with the delivery of the rest of the prescription is a total nightmare. They refused to speak to the surgery and help out and havent contacted my mother. At 85 she has to sort it out and email the surgery herself . Chaotic, and as I say appalling service.

An absolutely amazing service from The Prescription Service in Knutsford! How have I not used this company before? My prescription was sent from my GP yesterday and they were at my door within the hour with available items, then as soon as they received the pending items today they were at my front door, and it's a bank holiday weekend! Courteos, extremely helpful and just an all round fab service. Thank you Carol and your team.
