Bathhouse Knutsford is simply divine! From the moment you walk in.. the fragrances delight and the staff greet you with a warm smile. I recently visited to choose a fine fragrance for myself, and also some pieces for my new home. Andrea was so kind, nothing was too much trouble. She demonstrated the products to me, and mixed scents based on my personal preference. She even sourced some testers (which had been out of stock for such a long time). Magic! I couldnt have asked for more. Thankyou so much Andrea (and bathhouse). I will certainly be visiting again very soon.

I only go into these types of shop as my wife makes me! But I have to say I was impressed with this particular branch. First of all the products are made in Cumbria, with natural ingredients and sustainability in mind. The lady who worked there served my wife and even suggested a suitable gift for my mother's birthday (one which will keep my mum happy!!). The store is nicely set out, the service was great and not too pushy.
