A stupendously viewing experience. Although the house was not quite right for us. We found the overall experience very positive. Pete was friendly, honest and informative when providing details. We didn't feel rushed and pushed in to making a decision. Pete actually took the time to talk with us in depth, he offered some very useful advise and even listened to our feedback regarding veiwing the properly. The booking experience was quick, easy and all the relevant information was provided. The follow-up contact continued in its positivity and was not pushing towards a sale. Just recently bought my first home with Wright Marshall and the process of the sale was very smooth and Diane was supportive and knowledgeable for every step of the journey. The one thing I will say is at some points it was slightly frustrating to have a pushy sales approach which was not necessary and did come across rude at times. For example, I received four missed calls back to back followed by an email from Diane's colleague and when asked Why? Received a stern response of simply wanting an update. Additionally, to improve the process of collecting the keys from the office once the sale has completed I would suggest a more personal approach, even as little as a card. I turned up to a sign out sheet for the keys and no "special" feeling.

I recently purchased a home through Wright Marshall Knutsford. My experience was nothing less than excellent. Buying, moving can be a very stressful time but I have to say the professional team at this office (particularly Diane and Jane) made the whole process as seamless as humanly possible. I can highly recommend them.
