        I advise people to avoid at all costs, company uses cheap materials and labour is rushed, please do your homework and use a much more professional company.

        We have just had an large extension to our property which was rescued by CH Maintenance after the original builder had done a runner and left us out of pocket. CH maintenance came to the rescue and finished the project with a great degree of care and attention while still working to a tight budget. I would thoroughly recommend this company to all my friends and people looking for an honest building company that does not inflate prices and takes pride in their work. 5 Star from Me!
