        Ive been here 5 years and its a different doctor ever time. Depends who who you get. The owner looks down at you like a parasite unless you have children.

        The reception staff are always efficient and very polite. The service and care given by The GPs, my husband and I have always found to be excellent. I have to say..the best GP practice by far we have ever been involved with as patients.

        This phone service thats offered to patients is a nightmare. You can never get through to speak to anyone.Good job i'm not seriously ill.

        Nothing but praise for all staff and doctors in particular Dr Louise Jackson She has supported me over the years with my underlying health conditions. I've always been treated as a person not just another patient with respect dignity and a feeling of self worth. Reception staff are always polite and helpful and will go the extra mile. Best practice in knutsford.
