Fabulous service from the moment we walked in the shop and were helped through our decision making by a lovely lady called Wendy. The floor fitters Rick and Dave were great lads and did a superb job which cannot be faulted, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day to minimize our disruption. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back soon when we replace our carpets upstairs.

Had a great experience from the moment we entered the shop. Wendy seemed to understand exactly what we wanted and pointed us in exactly the right direction. Adrian and his team fitted the LVT flooring and carpet exactly when they said they would and the after care has been brilliant. We are delighted with the flooring and will definitely be back

We've just popped into Walker's and met the most wonderfully polite, informative and patient lady. Thank you, Wendy for your amazing service. Don't be fooled by the size of the shop or location. It stocks a good range of carpets at all price points and Wendy spent all the time with us that we needed before settling on our final 3. Would highly recommend.

***** Highly Recommended ***** I nearly did not go into Walker Flooring as with it being opposite Legh Road and how impressive the window looks I thought would be well out of my price range - it wasnt. I knew type of flooring we wanted for the lounge. We had also had a couple of quotes so I knew price bracket what to expect. Adrian is a sound guy (despite being a Man United fan !!!). He showed us some options. Came out the next night to measure up. He insisted on leaving the samples overnight as said it may look different in daylight - Id not even considered that. The price was good and was a from a higher product range than we had previously been quoted by others. Install was done by Phil who was just brilliant, and by my own admission I am fussy. Came on time and has just done a stunning job. Minimum mess and disruption even moved furniture around as he was laying it. Also gave good advice on how to look after it and keep it looking good. 2 weeks to day of when we first went into the shop the job was complete. I do like to shop local as often as I can, particularly independent businesses as the town needs it. Daughters bedroom and kitchen is next and I wont be going anywhere else for a quote.
