I ordered two mountain bike guides from Active Maps and they were delivered quickly, but due to own mistake I ordered two of the same book instead of two different books. I emailed them and got a prompt reply and they said to post it back and they would forward the correct book. I even got an email to confirm they had received the book back and posted the other book to me. This is an absolutely fantastic service from Active Maps and the books are excellent, I will be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you for your great service.
