        This company was to sort out my debt problems and I paid them 65 a month the year was over and all they have done was one company sent me a 1 check I can not contact them,and the one time I did from a different phone they arrange call back and never got, I have lost all that money don't go anywhere near this company

        Completed my term with no problems. Had phone call saying a follow up call was booked. However no phone call received until 2 days after apologising because they were snowed under and another one was scheduled. Guess what.....still nothing. Even after sending emails asking to contact me I just got automated reply and the usual waiting with no contact. Communication can be vastly improved and follow through with what you say is booked or even read emails
