I was trained by Christine on the Level 3 Food Safety course. I was surprised at how much i enjoyed the course and Christine was a lovely teacher who put you at ease and never made you feel stupid or silly.

Thank you Christine for coming on site to delivery 2 different courses (L3 Auditing and Inspection and L3 HACCP). Both courses were delivered professionally and Christine made the courses very enjoyable and easy to understand. She made the courses exciting and interesting and extremely engaging with everyone in the course.
