I had a taster elemis facial and half body massage gifted to me for my birthday and can quite honestly say this was an amazing birthday gift thanks to both Caitlin and Kim. Right from a warm welcome from Caitlin to the AMAZING massage and facial from Kim, it was such a relaxing experience. Caitlin gave me slippers to use and a place to put my shoes and showed me to the waiting area and was kind enough to offer a drink pre and post treatment - she was so lovely and a great introduction to the experience. It's no exaggeration to say that Kims massage was the best I have ever had! She gently got rid of knots in my problem areas and the pressure was perfect for me. She was super attentive and the facial was pure bliss. It was so relaxing and refreshing and left my skin feeling so soft. This spa isn't that local to me but I will be sure to attend here regularly despite that, as it really was that great. I cant recommend this place enough - thanks again Kim and Caitlin, you both have such warm demeanours and made it such an enjoyable experience! Service: Massage

I had a hot stone massage which was an hour and bought on groupon. It was nice and cheap but the service I got when I arrived was not friendly at all. Told to take off shoes and leave my coat downstairs. They dont want people walking on the carpet with shoes on. No friendly greeting or spa feel . The woman that came to greet me and my mum was miserable and cold. I was shocked at how rude she was. Mumbling her words and had a miserable face. She didnt speak to me on the way down the corridor. She asked do I have any problem areas to focus on. I said yes mainly my shoulders and neck she said WELL THATS OBVIOUS. THATS WHAT EVERYBODY SAYS. . She didnt explain the treatment to me or ask how I like the pressure. She also didnt give me enough time to get unchanged and walked in on me. Very awkward and weird atmosphere. Not friendly at all. Wont be going back for this reason. Service: Massage
