Five stars well deserved. The team at Direct Redress have done a fantastic job for me over the years, with various successful PPI claims. Most recently they contacted me to pursue a Tax refund on my behalf, which ended successfully. Yes, the charge for their services is around 30% of your win - ie if you win 1000, they take 300 and leave you with the remaining 700 - however - the way to look at it - its 700 extra in your Bank Account that you wouldn't have had if Direct Redress hadn't done the work for you. Good Customer Service too, can't understand some reviewers giving one star for this - every time I've needed to speak to them, they've been great. Well done Direct Redress - keep up the good work - top marks all round from me!

I had exhausted all the avenues of claiming PPI. SO I THOUGHT. Filled in the letter of Authority and months after WHAM !!DIRECT REDRESS CAME BACK TO ME. With several accounts I did not know I had. THEY HAVE BEEN SOOOOO HELPFUL. UNDERSTANDING. I RECCOMEND THEM. their fees are a little high but well worth it. Its money I would have never found myself. A TRULY HEART FELT THANKS GUYS AND GIRLS.

So far Direct Redress have reclaimed OVER 60K in PPI for me! Admittedly they charge 24% (Inc VAT) and I could have done all the claiming myself.... But just one claim paid in June 2020 for PPI on an Egg credit card from 2003 was almost 36K!!! I really can't complain about the service they provide.

They lied about a friend receiving 50 for referring me and when asked for the original call log it suddenly disappeared.

Very expensive service charge. They will rip your money.
