        Not even worth a one star very poor customer service and the so called manager very poor do not how they got a manager job. This is at their KILLINGWORTH store will not be going back to store.

        Terrible customer service .So bad I wouldn't even give it one star .Parcel missing from courier and 5 phone calls ,too many e mails to count , Facebook messages and still haven't got either my clothes or my 135 pounds .They don't seem to.have an active social media team.as they simply don't reply .I suspect the CS is outsourced to Asia or similar .What you get for that is a customer service team who simply don't care .Do not shop here online or otherwise .It's not worth the hassle
